OK, I know that it’s up to the individual. I just wanted your thoughts on this question (assuming that the person is American, does enjoy Europe and doesn’t have any relatives in Europe). If a person had close relatives in Europe, I guess the answer would be every year.
There’s a big difference between the tourist vision of Europe and eeking out a living as someone living in Europe. Staying for a month (if I can ever afford it) might be nice.

want to visit Europe in my semester break but I don’t have even a penny, is there any way to make it possible, except a miracle of course.

I live in the Philippines and plan to travel to Europe next year; I need to know which would be the best country to visit on a shoe string budget. Oh, and it would help if they’re not so strict with issuing the tourist Visa too!
