i hav a 5 mnth visit visa for qatar,i wna go home to south africa for two wks,cn i come back on dat same visa?

do i have to reapply for a new visa? my visa expires in november….do i lose all dat money i spent on da visa coz i want to go and visit family in south africa in the beginning of june?
