So in just about a year I will be backpacking in Europe for about 5 weeks. I don’t want to plan too much, I’d like to fly by the seat of my pants, but I would like to have a broad idea of great cities to visit and things to do there. If you guys have any suggestions on cities and things to do, or even travel tips that you wish you had known I’d love to hear them!

Like best dining, dress code, customs, safety, best time to travel. My parents are thinking of going and would like to start planning their trip.
